Our Team

Even after 8 years in the business, Iven’s first love is meeting people—customers, suppliers, and his teams. He crams an impossible schedule into his daily work routine. He still made time to complete the architecture course from the Faculty of Architecture at Manipal University MIT and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Bootcamp at MIT, with additional academic exposure from the School of Design and Architecture at MIT in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Even so, he strongly believes his working years in the Middle East were his best university days, and it was the turning point in his life.

With vast experience working with multinational companies and classified clients in the Middle East, USA, and other regions, he decided to establish his first entrepreneurship in his hometown, THE CAPE TOWN OF MALANAD-SHIVAMOGGA, in the year 2022 with like-minded partners. The rest is history, with a strong clientele of delivering the right innovative & constructive solutions for the projects in and across SHIVAMOGGA.

His passion lies in finding the right solutions for customers—friends he calls them—and spending time on the shop floor egging his team to do even better. He is seen as a natural problem solver; his team, friends, and even random acquaintances gravitate toward him seeking counsel.
